‘Reform-oriented’ budget calls for dramatic change
COLUMBUS (AP) — Gov. John Kasich unveiled a $ 55.5 billion, two-year state operating budget on Tuesday that he said can’t be compared to past proposals because it contains so many innovative approaches to state operations.
