Developer of Boulder’s Junior Academy site sued over infomercials
The owner of the contentious Junior Academy site at the foot of Mount Sanitas in Boulder is being sued by the Federal Trade Commission and the Colorado attorney general for allegedly misleading consumers through his “Winning in the Cash Flow Business” infomercials.
