After spending $ 200,000 on a TV spot on Oct. 27 announcing B.C. residents would receive a 15-per cent reduction in personal income tax – which amounts to $ 354 in savings for someone making $ 50,000 annually – Premier Gordon Campbell has reneged on the offer.
