Berkshire Hathaway to buy Lubrizol for B in cash
Warren Buffett’s company said Monday it will spend about $ 9 billion cash to add specialty chemical maker Lubrizol Corp. to the eclectic mix of businesses inside Berkshire Hathaway Inc.
