Bank of Canada rate announcement coming, expected to leave rate unchanged
OTTAWA – The Bank of Canada is set to make its latest pronouncement on interest rates later today. The central bank is widely expected to leave its overnight rate unchanged at one per cent when it makes its announcement at 9 a.m. ET in Ottawa.
