Can associations selectively foreclose on owners? What right does a condo association have to collect maintenance fees from a bank? If your homeowners association takes ownership of a property through foreclosure, is it responsible for outstanding mortgages? If an association selectively chooses which delinquent owners to foreclose upon, is that legal?
